Volunteer Counsellors wanted!

We are still recruiting for a team of volunteer counsellors to work with us. We welcome enquiries from qualified counsellors and students in the latter stages of their training looking for a placement. We provide excellent support and comprehensive training; please contact counselling@cxtv.org.uk for more details.

All our counsellors are chosen carefully, CRB checked and trained in areas such as Child Protection to work effectively with young people. We are members of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and abide by their code of practice.

We have extensive knowledge and experience in counselling. We also have an established counselling service in Connexions Buckinghamshire. Counselling provides a safe place for young people to talk through their concerns and problems, to feel listened to, with no judgement, to be respected and encouraged.
